Privacy Policy
The short version
- Your photos and voice recordings never leave your device. All processing happens inside your browser. We never receive, see or store them.
- No account, no signup. We don't know who you are.
- Anonymous statistics only. We use Google Analytics 4 to count things like "a video was exported", with IP anonymization turned on.
- Email is optional and used only to tell you when paid features launch. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- We don't sell or share personal data for advertising.
1. Who we are
AIRapVideoK ("we", "us") operates the website airapvideok.com, a free browser-based AI rap video maker. For any privacy question or request, contact hello@airapvideok.com.
2. Photos, voice recordings and videos: processed locally, never uploaded
AIRapVideoK is designed so that your content never reaches us:
- Photos you select are read by your browser, resized and analyzed for face position by a face-detection model that runs on your device. The photo is not transmitted to our servers.
- Voice recordings are captured with your browser's microphone permission and kept only in your device's memory to build your video.
- AI voice is generated by a text-to-speech model that runs in your browser. Your lyrics are not sent to an AI server.
- Video export happens on your device. The finished file goes directly to your downloads folder or your phone's share sheet.
When you close or refresh the page, photos, recordings and generated videos held in memory are discarded. We have no server copy and cannot recover them for you.
Microphone access is requested only when you press "Start recording", and is used only while recording. You can revoke it at any time in your browser's site settings.
3. Information we do collect

We do not collect names you type into the tool, lyrics, photos, face data, voice recordings or the videos you make. Names and lyrics are used only inside your browser to draw captions and generate the video.
4. Google Analytics 4 and cookies
We use Google Analytics 4 with IP anonymization enabled to measure aggregate
usage. Google Analytics may set first-party cookies, such as _ga,
to distinguish visits. We do not use advertising features, remarketing or
cross-site advertising tracking.
You can opt out by installing the Google Analytics opt-out add-on , using your browser's tracking protection, or blocking cookies for this site. The tool works the same way either way. Google's handling of this data is described in Google's Privacy Policy .
We also use your browser's local storage only for small functional items on your own device, such as a queued email if the notification form could not be sent. This data stays on your device and can be cleared in your browser settings.
5. Third-party services and content delivery
To keep the tool free and fast, your browser downloads code and AI models from public content-delivery networks. When your browser makes these requests, those providers may receive standard technical information such as your IP address and browser type. No photos, recordings or lyrics are included in these requests.
- jsDelivr: open-source libraries, video tools, HEIC conversion and AI voice model loading.
- Google Cloud Storage / MediaPipe: the face-detection model file.
- Hugging Face: AI voice model files, if you choose the AI rap voice.
- Google Analytics: anonymous statistics, as described in section 4.
- Formspree: delivers notification sign-ups to us. See Formspree's privacy policy .
- Vercel: hosts and serves this website. Vercel may keep short-lived request logs, such as IP address and browser type, for security and reliability. See Vercel's privacy policy .
- Cloudflare: provides DNS for our domain and forwards emails sent to hello@airapvideok.com to our inbox. See Cloudflare's privacy policy .
6. How we use your email
If you join the waitlist, we use your email only to send launch news and early-bird pricing for AIRapVideoK upgrades. We won't send unrelated marketing, and we won't sell, rent or share your email with anyone else. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, or you can email hello@airapvideok.com and we'll delete your address.
7. Data retention
- Photos, recordings and videos: not retained, because they never reach us.
- Analytics data: retained by Google Analytics according to Google's retention settings.
- Waitlist emails: until you unsubscribe or ask for deletion.
- Support emails: retained only as long as reasonably necessary to respond and maintain support records.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export the personal data we hold about you, to object to or restrict processing, and to withdraw consent. Because we hold very little personal data, the simplest request is "please delete my email", sent to hello@airapvideok.com.
We do not sell or share personal information for advertising purposes. You may also contact your local data protection authority if you have a privacy concern.
9. Children
AIRapVideoK is not directed to children under 13, or under the higher minimum age required by local law. We do not knowingly collect children's personal information. If you are under 18, please use the tool with a parent or guardian's permission, and never upload a photo of a child without appropriate consent.
10. Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Because your content is processed on your own device, the main protection for your photos is that they never travel to our servers. Keep your device and browser updated for the best protection.
11. International transfers
Our service providers, including Google, Formspree, Vercel and Cloudflare, may process limited data, such as analytics events, request logs or your email, in the United States or other countries. Where required, they rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
12. Changes to this policy
If we add features that change how data is handled, such as a future server-based realistic version that requires uploading a photo, we will update this page, change the "Last updated" date and clearly ask for your consent inside the tool before any upload happens.
