Terms of Use
The most important rule
Before exporting a video, you confirm:
"I have the right to use these photos. No celebrities or anyone without their permission."
That checkbox is a binding promise under these Terms. Only use photos of yourself, or of people who have clearly agreed to be in your video. Never use photos of celebrities, public figures or anyone who has not said yes.
1. Acceptance of these Terms
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of airapvideok.com and the AIRapVideoK rap video maker (the "Service", "we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Who can use the Service
You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your country, to use the Service. If you are under 18, you may use it only with the permission of a parent or legal guardian, who agrees to these Terms on your behalf.
3. Photo permission: your responsibility
You may upload a photo only if at least one of the following is true:
- The photo shows you; or
- Every person shown has given you permission to use their likeness in a rap video and to post it where you intend to post it; for anyone under 18, their parent or guardian has given that permission.
You must also have the right to use the photo itself. For example, do not use photos taken by a professional photographer if you do not have rights to them.
You may not upload photos of:
- Celebrities, influencers, athletes, politicians or other public figures, even if the photo is publicly available online;
- Any private person who has not agreed, including classmates, coworkers, exes or strangers;
- Children, unless you are their parent or guardian or have appropriate consent;
- Any person in a way intended to impersonate them or make viewers believe they actually said or did something.
Because all processing happens in your browser, we never see your photos and cannot check them. You are solely responsible for having the necessary permissions and for any claim arising from a video you create or share.
4. Prohibited content and conduct
You agree not to use the Service, including lyrics you write and videos you share, to create or distribute content that:
- Harasses, bullies, threatens, humiliates or targets a real person, including diss lyrics aimed at someone who has not agreed to take part;
- Is hateful or discriminatory based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability or similar characteristics;
- Is sexual or sexually suggestive, especially involving anyone who is or appears to be a minor;
- Promotes violence, self-harm, illegal drugs or other illegal activity;
- Is defamatory or makes false statements of fact about a real person;
- Is misleading, including presenting an AI-generated video as genuine footage of a real person or using fake endorsements;
- Infringes anyone's copyright, trademark, privacy or publicity rights;
- Violates the rules of the platform where you post it, including the TikTok Community Guidelines.
You also agree not to interfere with the Service, attempt to reverse engineer paid features, remove or obscure the watermark from free exports in order to resell videos, or use automated means to generate videos at scale.
5. Labeling AI-generated content
Videos made with AIRapVideoK are AI-assisted. When you post them, use the platform's AI-generated content label where required. Do not present a video as real footage of the people shown.
6. Your content and our content
Your content. You keep all rights you have in your photos, recordings and lyrics. Because processing happens on your device, you do not grant us any license to them, and we never receive them.
Our content. The AIRapVideoK website, software, characters, artwork, stickers, backgrounds, beat, lyric templates, logo and watermark ("Our Content") are owned by us or our licensors. We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Our Content inside videos you make with the Service and to share those videos on personal and creator social media accounts, including monetized creator accounts.
Commercial use. Using videos in paid advertising, brand campaigns or products for sale requires that you hold commercial rights to every face, voice and lyric in the video, and may require written permission for the built-in beat and artwork. Contact hello@airapvideok.com.
Open-source components used by the Service remain subject to their own licenses.
7. Free tier and future paid features
The Service is currently free, and free exports include a watermark. Paid features shown as "Coming soon", such as no watermark and 1080p, a realistic version or a pro AI rap voice, are not yet available. Clicking "I want this" or joining the waitlist does not create a purchase or any obligation. Prices shown are indicative and may change before launch. Any paid feature will come with its own clear terms at checkout.
If a future feature requires uploading a photo to a server, we will tell you clearly and ask for your consent first.
8. Reporting misuse and takedown requests
If you believe someone has used your photo or likeness in an AIRapVideoK video without permission, please report the video directly on the platform where it is posted. You can also contact us at hello@airapvideok.com and we will help where we can. Since we do not host user videos, the platform where the video is posted is usually best placed to remove it.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that face detection, lip-sync, audio, export or downloads will work on every device or browser, or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, reputation or profits, arising from your use of the Service or from content you create or share. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the past 12 months or USD 50. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, so they may not fully apply to you.
11. Indemnity
You agree to defend and hold us harmless from any claim, damage or cost, including reasonable legal fees, arising from content you create or share with the Service, your breach of these Terms, especially the photo permission requirements, or your violation of anyone's rights.
12. Changes and termination
We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We may update these Terms; the "Last updated" date will change, and continuing to use the Service means you accept the updated Terms. We may block access for anyone who violates these Terms.
13. Disputes
If you have a concern about the Service, please email hello@airapvideok.com first. Most issues can be resolved quickly and informally. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under the mandatory consumer protection laws of the country where you live.
14. Miscellaneous
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and us about the Service. AIRapVideoK is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by TikTok, ByteDance, Instagram or Meta.
